I have read quite a bit about the immune supportive benefits of mushrooms , and this supplementcontains a good variety of 10:1 extracts from mycelium . Mycelium extracts are said to be the best quality mushroom extracts. I like that these gummies are colored with purple carrot juice concentrate and flavored with natural raspberry. I enjoy both the taste and the texture and feel good about taking what seems to me to be a high quality supplement .

They come in a clear plastic jar with an easy to open lid, an easy to read high contrast label and a tamper evident seal. This contains 60 gummies, which is a 30-day supply. These gummies have a light earthy scent and a pleasant flavor. (It says berry, but it reminds me of figs. Tasty either way.)I'll repurpose the empty jar to store paperclips on my desk so there will be no plastic waste. IMO this is a good supplement and a good value. YMMV.
