Elixum True Mushroom Gummies are very tasty with good texture, and fresh, with the BB date being 3/01/2026. The quality control on this product is better than most similar products, since it is made in a GMP certified facility in the USA, and is third party tested.
These are not a sweet tasting as other gummies that also have a lot of sugar. The gummies are moderately sticky so they need to be chewed well. As with all supplements people will have individual responses and it takes time to determine if something will be beneficial or not. I have, however, heard mushroom supplements can be a item that is helpful.
I am a huge fan of adaptogens and I love them in gummy form. They seem to work better and be more easily absorbed. These have an interesting taste which is almost chocolately. Plenty in the package as well. A great buy.
There are 12 varieties of mushrooms in these gummies. The texture and flavor of the gummies are good, with a chewy texture and berry flavor. My only complaint is the 3g of added sugars. I prefer no added sugars, but at least real sugar was used instead of unhealthy sugar alcohols.
