Great product for energy and focus
After taking for a couple of weeks, in the morning, I believe I'm noticing a boost in energy, which is great, as I don't tolerate caffeine well, it gives me the jitters. These don't.The capsules are of average size & easy to swallow. There's no adverse side effects & no stomach upset.

Despite being a heavy supplement user all of my life, I have never taken Cistanche Tubulosa. This seems like a quality product... the only other ingredient is the capsule... no fillers... no flow agents... no common allergens.The capsules are small and easy to swallow, with no detectable odor. I started taking two capsules first thing in the morning with water about 20 minutes before breakfast. I will be curious to see if I notice any health differences in coming weeks. This seems fairly priced for a two-month supply.
